Jenna's first famous video was "How To Trick People Into Thinking You're Good Looking," which had over 5.3 million views in its first week. Her video "How To Avoid Talking To People You Don't Want To Talk To" was featured in an article in the New York Times and ABC News, in which she was quoted as saying, "I'm sick and tired of guys thinking that just because I showed up at a club or a dance or a bar, that I want to have their genitalia touching my backside."
Jenna Marbles, also known as Jenna Mourey is one of the leading Comedians on YouTube, and one of our favorite people to work with on the planet!
In 2010, I remember sitting in my kitchen and seeing this YouTube video of a blonde pop up on my facebook newsfeed (at least 200 times in one day) I watched it, cried from laughing so much and sent it to everyone I knew - "How to Trick People into Thinking You're Good looking". It was one of the funniest videos I've ever seen! I didn't really watch YouTube and I had never heard of Jenna, but I subscribed as soon as I saw that video. A few months later, another video popped up on my news feed called "How To Avoid Talking To People You Don't Want To Talk To" - which ended up being absolutely hilarious. I went back to Jenna's channel and was so surprised to see she had no layout, website, or any kind of branding. I had so many ideas for design, and since my world is art and I truly love bringing personality into branding, I reached out to her to see if I could design her channel, and BOOM she said go for it, and we designed a youtube layout, twitter, and blog.

"You design the sickest s*** i've ever seen for girls…you're the best there is. It's just so cute and edgy and perfect" - Jenna Marbles
At the time Jenna had about 90,000 subscribers, and around 30 million video views. Now in 2013, she has over 5.8 million subscribers and over 934 million video views (that's around 3x the united states population worth of views!). Jenna is in YouTube's top 5 most subscribed in the world, and is moving closer to #1 everyday. Her hilarious personality and her two adorable dogs Marble and Kermit have become household names for people all over the world and she has made Wednesday's a lot more awesome.
Working with Jenna has been one of the most awesomely creative projects I've ever been a part of. We had a lot of fun conceptualizing the look and feel of her branding and bringing ideas of rainbows, clouds, galaxies and unicorns to life! So far, we've created a certain look and feel for Jenna's brand - and it's always evolving, but it seems like she will always have something more edgy, colorful with a cute twist (and a silver unicorn of course)
